Shipping policy

Delay in treating orders

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding week-ends and holidays) following the reception of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification once our order has shipped.  Please note that we are not responsible for any postal delays.


Shipping fees

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated at check-out.
Free local delivery is available for any order over $100 within Canada!


International Shipping

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated at check-out.

Your order may be submitted to import taxes, duties, and other charges once your order reaches it's country of destination.  Casa D'Acero is not responsible for these fees should they be applied, these fees your sole responsibility as a client.

Casa D'Acero is not responsible for any additional delays caused by customs.


How may I verify my order status ?

When your oder ships, you will receive a notification by email from us containing a tracking number that you may use to track your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available to you.

If you have not received your order within 10 days following the reception of our email containing your tracking number, please contact us mentioning your name and order number so that we may examine your request.


Merchandise damaged during shipping 

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives to you damaged, please send us an email as fast as possible to vero@casadacero.com mentioning your order number with a picture of the damaged item. We will examine damage requests on a case by case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
